Beginning of October 16 Brunswick Electric Membership Corporation’s (BEMC) time of use rate schedule changes to winter peak hours through April 15. Winter peak hours are 6AM to 9AM.
The on-peak residential rate during that time is 21.5 cents per kWh. The off-peak rate is 7.95 cents per kWh.
